First Look: Tarte's Aqualillies Waterproof Eye & Cheek Palette

I'd been eyeing Tarte's Summer 2013 limited-edition Aqualillies Waterproof Eye & Cheek Palette for awhile now and was seriously thinking of picking it up before it was gone. 

Saturday morning, my friends wanted to pop into Sephora after our brunch, so I knew that I could not resist any longer.

Sephora + Me = Damage

My friend Megan needed a blush and bronzer so I convinced her to pick this up as well (enabler much??) As soon as I got home, I slapped some of this stuff on my face and I'm in LOVE!

Here's the look that inspired me, "Splish Splash"

Maybelline Color Sensational Lipcolor in Coral Crush + Vivids Lipcolor in Vibrant Mandarin

 I mixed up these two colors to recreate the Aqualilies 

limited-edition lipstick shade in Timeless, a vibrant coral

 

The limited-edition warm peach blush in Captivating is so pretty

I did a light sweep of the Park Ave Princess bronzer as a contour

I highlighted my cheekbones, forehead, chin, and nose with Champagne

On Lid: Bikini (golden peach), Barefoot (golden nude), Parasol (champagne rose)

On Crease: Sundeck (light brown)

Upper and lower lashlines: Hammock (chocolate brown)

Eyeliner and Lower Waterline: L'Oreal gel eyeliner in Navy and Rimmel eyeliner in Nude
