A UK Drugstore Beauty Haul

My friend Emily is in London for a few months for work and very graciously offered to pick up a few things for me from Boots! I was so excited and immediately zeroed in on brands that I can't buy off ASOS, like the Barry M nail polishes, Collection and MUA.

Emily's mom recently came back from visiting her and was able bring over the goods. I'm really impressed with the products so far. Check out my mini reviews.

The Haul

MUA One Direction What Makes You Beautiful Cheek Tint 'Coral Cutie'
OK longest (and cheesiest) product name ever. This packaging looks exactly like the packaging for the Revlon Baby Stick (read my review here), but this cheek tint actually has pigmentation! The color is a great peach. It gives my cheeks a dewy look and lasts all day on my cheeks. Since this was a collab with the boy band One Direction, I think this may be limited edition.

MUA Blusher 'Lolly'
For a £1.00 blush, this is great. This peachy-pink powder blush's formula is not very pigmented, but that's actually OK for me for workdays, when I don't have time to be extra careful with blush application. It has a slight shimmer, but appears matte on the cheeks. It doesn't kick up too much powder, which again is a plus for those mornings when I'm in a rush. I like layering this on top of the cheek tint.

Barry M Gelly Nail Effect Hi-Shine Nail Paint 'GNP 5 Blueberry'
I love blue nail polish so much. This is a light lavender periwinkle blue (it does show up brighter in the flash photo below). Since it's a gelly,  it has a thicker formula, but it's not especially shiny. I'm on Day 3 and I have only one tiny chip one one nail so far, which is not bad. 

Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer 'Fair'
I've heard so many great things about this concealer from all the British beauty bloggers and YouTubers. The shade 'Fair' is good for me to cover slight undereye circles and to highlight areas of my face, but it's a tad too light for me to use on blemishes. But it does seem to last all day! For heavy-duty under eye circles, I still will use a salmon color corrector underneath the Collection concealer.

On the cheeks I layered MUA Powder Blush over MUA One Direction Cheek Tint
