A Sweat-Proof Makeup Menu

Yesterday, my friends and I had a little picnic at Meridian Hill park here in DC. Since I knew I was going to be out in the heat for a few hours, I wanted to keep my makeup light but sweat-proof, and that called for cream products!

Cream color products meld better into your skin in hotter temperatures and also look more natural in daylight than powders. For a sheeny highlight, I dotted my cheekbones with RMS Beauty Living Luminizer ($38). For a light all-over bronze, I used Sonia Kashuk Undetectable Cream Bronzer in Warm Tan ($10.99). I wanted to go very low-key with my blush, so I picked Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush in Coffee Cake ($7.99). To bring out the blue in my eyes, I chose Maybelline Color Tattoo in Caramel Cool (Limited Edition).
